01
What is the regular maintenance during the warranty period, and who performs it?
Due to the advantages of the electric drive, such as minimal fluid changes and the simplicity of the electric motor, the machine requires minimal maintenance. Basic servicing during the warranty period can only be carried out by a contracted dealer. Because the Elise line, CBL line, and Rockeat line operate at low voltage (96V, or 48V for MiniZ), the technicians generally do not require special certification to perform the service.

02
How often should the machine be examined?
A general examination should be conducted every 10 operating hours. This includes checking the greasing of the pins, visual inspection of the machine, and checking the electrolyte level in the battery. The lead-acid battery should be removed from the machine every month for a visual check and measurement of each cell’s voltage.
aggiunto 23. 08. 2024
03
What are the fluid change intervals for the hydraulics and the transmission?
The hydraulic filter should be changed every 50 operating hours and again every 500 hours.
The hydraulic oil should be changed every 1500 operating hours.
Gear oil should be changed after the first 50 hours, with subsequent changes every 500 hours.
aggiunto 23. 08. 2024
04
What is the general service interval for the machine?
The first maintenance should be performed after 50 operating hours. Periodic service is required every 500 operating hours and includes a complete check of bolt and screw tightness, transmission oil change, and hydraulic filter replacement, among other maintenance tasks. The complete list of steps can be found in the user manual.

Where are the batteries manufactured?
FIRSTGREEN machines currently use two types of lead-acid batteries and three types of lithium batteries. Both lead-acid batteries are manufactured in Europe—SILAD batteries in Hungary and HOPPECKE batteries in Germany. The lithium batteries are from Flash, an Italian manufacturer, Vanguard, an American provider for MiniZ, and Micropower, a Swedish manufacturer. Micropower batteries are only available in the USA.
