Who are we looking for 

We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. We are looking for a high-performing person to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Our main goal is to achieve growth and hit sales targets.

The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. 

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. 

Excellent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage. Enthusiasm and interest in new technology required. A previous sales experience is expected. Self-starter and proactive and positive person we take for granted.

Your responsibilities

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
  • Analyze trends and results 
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products 
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Prepare reporting as needed 


You will get a generous commission fee depending on fulfilling a sales target. Expected yearly earning is 70 000 Euro / 80 000 USD but there is no top limit.
