FGI machines are fully battery-powered, offering flexibility with both lead acid and lithium battery options to meet diverse user needs. By choosing European manufacturers, we ensure that our batteries are produced locally, supporting the regional economy. This commitment guarantees high-quality, reliable power sources for all our machines.

FGI machines are 98% recyclable, with metals, electronic parts, and lead-acid batteries all capable of being recycled. We have introduced a secondary usage program for lithium batteries, repurposing them as energy storage for renewable power plants owned by the Arbol Capital Group. This initiative underscores our commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.

Passive cooling achieves high energy efficiency and lower financial costs. This approach simplifies the machine's design, making it easier to repair and resulting in fewer moving parts, increasing reliability and longevity. The simplicity of passive cooling also contributes to lower maintenance needs, ensuring long-term durability and cost-effectiveness.

FGI tries to fulfill the potential of the batteries. Using two working modes and 4 speeds of hydraulics and travel, the machine can utilize the full battery capacity while working precisely and efficiently. Thanks to the electric attachments the energy losses through hydraulic conversion are eliminated, which prolongs the battery working time.

Our modular design allows for easy repairs and part replacements, extending machine life without full replacements. We offer a cost-effective retrofit kit to upgrade older machines to the latest generation by replacing key components. This approach reduces downtime, supports sustainability, and keeps your equipment up-to-date.

Thanks to electric drive, our machines produce zero exhaust and no local emissions, thus having no direct CO₂ footprint and not endangering the environment. By using an electric machine the customer can lowered their CO₂ footprint by 18.690 tCO₂ per year when their replace their conventional skid-steer by FGI skid-steer loader.

FGI machines are coated with high-quality, durable, metal-specific paints that are free of heavy metals and chlorine. This eco-friendly paint ensures excellent surface protection while minimizing environmental impact.

Highly ecological biodegradable hydraulic oil, entrusted with the EU Ecolabel prize is used in our machines, which allows it to be used not only in strict environments in terms of clean operation and safety. Upholstery and other materials in the cab do not contain any mercury, cadmium or asbestos.

We offer flexibility by using the EU ISO-certified attachment plate SAE J2513 for our wheeled skid steers, allowing compatibility with off-brand attachments. For MiniZ, we provide three options: FGI proprietary attachment plate, MT52 / MT55, and Toro Dingo, supporting reasonable and sustainable choices for our customers.

All FGI machines can be operated remotely using the FGI phone app, a Danfoss joystick remote control, or through teleoperation. This remote functionality not only improves the safety and comfort of operators but also enables individuals with disabilities, including those in wheelchairs, to operate the machinery—expanding job opportunities and inclusivity within the industry.

Electric motors work on a significantly lowered noise level,allowing for extended working hours, including nighttime use, and creating a better environment for operators. The absence of vibrations in these machines also helps prevent occupational injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome and backaches, emphasizing safety and comfort for prolonged use.

Each cabin in FGI machines is thoughtfully designed with well-placed joysticks and adjustable seating to accommodate various operators comfortably. The inclusion of a display and back camera simplifies operations. The cabins also feature four speeds for hydraulics and travel, which allows work to be done without holding the joystick in semi-active positions, creating a more comfortable work environment.
