FIRSTGREEN Industries continues to invest in technical knowledge and long term expertise in electric machine technology.
At the end of April, our team welcomed representatives from Briggs & Stratton Germany GmbH for a Vanguard electrification training session held at our facility in Kladno. The training focused on lithium ion battery technology, Vanguard battery solutions, battery safety, operation, maintenance, warranty procedures, and practical diagnostics.
The session was attended by both our technical support and sales teams. This is important for us because high quality customer support starts with shared knowledge across the whole company. Understanding battery technology in detail helps us provide better guidance to our dealers, partners, and customers in real working conditions.
The training combined theoretical fundamentals with practical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools. It also opened valuable discussions about maintenance, warranty handling, and proper battery care throughout the machine’s life cycle.
We would like to thank Briggs & Stratton Germany GmbH and Vanguard for the training and for sharing their expertise with our team. A special thank you goes to Andrew Charuta for visiting our facility, leading the session, and patiently answering our questions.
