We are a leading Czech manufacturer of electric machinery with a presence on all continents. As we
aim to further enhance and expand our sales network, we are looking for a new member to join our business
development team. If you are passionate about innovative technological solutions, have an

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
 A strong commercial focus with a results-driven approach.
 Team-player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
 Technical and analytical thinking skills.
 Systematic and managerial approach to work.
 The ability to lead senior-level business negotiations (owners, managers, etc.).


Major scope of work
 Developing repeated sales and marketing campaigns with the existing dealership network
 Assistance with acquisition of new dealers on existing and new markets
 Attendance to worldwide trade shows and demos to dealers and end clients
 Procuring for information flow between the dealers/customers and the technical/RD teams
 Organization and leadership in dealer meet-ups
 Training of dealers and clients
