FIRSTGREEN’s ultra-low-profile electric material carrier has been selected as one of the winners of the 2026 Rental Editor’s Choice Awards in the Equipment category.
The FIRSTGREEN Walleat has received a 2026 Rental Editor’s Choice Award, an annual recognition presented by Rental, part of ForConstructionPros.com.
Selected by the publication’s editorial team, the awards highlight products with the potential to make a meaningful impact on the equipment and general tool rental industry.
For Walleat, that recognition reflects the idea at the heart of the machine: bringing mechanized material handling into places conventional equipment cannot reach.
Standing just 70 cm / 27.6 in high and 79 cm / 31.1 in wide, Walleat was designed to operate beneath conveyor systems, processing equipment and other low-clearance structures. Its compact dimensions also allow it to pass through standard interior doorways.
The machine is fully electric and remote controlled and offers a rated load capacity of 300 kg / 661 lb. This combination makes it suitable for material handling in confined industrial environments as well as applications in demolition, recycling, mining and material recovery.
The 2026 Rental Editor’s Choice Awards recognize products chosen by Rental’s editors from industry nominations, with Walleat named among this year’s winners in the Equipment category.
