At FIRSTGREEN Industries, we believe that responsibility is not only about technology, products and business results. It is also about people, relationships and stories that stay with us even when professional paths move in different directions.
One of our long term CSR projects is the support of little Tamarka from Slovakia. Tamarka lives with Angelman syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects the nervous system, development, speech, movement and balance. Children with this syndrome often need lifelong support and regular therapeutic care to help develop their motor skills, communication and overall quality of life.
Our support is provided through Anjelská Tamarka, o.z. and helps fund, among other things, hippotherapy sessions.
Hippotherapy uses the movement of a horse as part of therapeutic care. For children and adults, it can provide important movement impulses, support the central nervous system and create moments of joy, contact and new experiences.
This project is personal to us. Tamarka is the daughter of our former colleague. Although he is no longer working at FIRSTGREEN Industries, his family remains part of our wider story.
We are a Czech company with Slovak roots, people and stories. This kind of support reminds us that corporate responsibility does not have to be distant or anonymous. Sometimes it has a name, a face and a family we can stand beside.
