Teleoperation is changing the way machines are operated.

Teleoperation: A New Era of Machine Control

Imagine sitting comfortably in your chair at home, surrounded by multiple screens and control interfaces, just like in a video game. Somewhere — perhaps even on the other side of the world — there is a real machine that you are controlling in real time.

Through a fast and secure connection, video, motion commands, sound, and other data are exchanged hundreds of times per second between the operator and the machine. This allows one operator to manage several machines in sequence without being physically present on site.

This is teleoperation. This is the future of construction.

As Lukáš Rameš (CTO) and Jiří Karmazín (Product Management) from First Green Industries explain, teleoperation is not just about convenience, it’s about safety, precision, and efficiency. In hazardous or hard-to-access environments, this technology dramatically improves operator safety because no one needs to be inside the cab.

On October 7, 2025, First Green Industries proudly took part in the Innovation Day at the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings (UCEEB), where leading innovators from across the construction industry explored how digitalization and automation are transforming the sector.

We were the only company showcasing 100% electric skid-steer loaders equipped with advanced teleoperation capabilities designed to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Our solution combines:

  • Cabin-less operation that increases operator safety
  • Advanced joystick control for smooth and precise maneuvering
  • A 360° camera system providing full visibility from any location
  • A smart control system for intuitive operation and fast response

Participating in this forward-thinking event was not just inspiring, it proved that technologies like teleoperation are already shaping the future of construction.

Operate from anywhere. No cab. No danger. No limits.
Zero emissions. Whisper quiet. Fully connected.

Think electric.
