Three senior professionals. Three different backgrounds. One clear direction.
In Czech, George and Jiří are the same name. What may sound like a wordplay actually reflects something very real. At FIRSTGREEN Industries, we are strengthening our team with experienced professionals who built their careers at major global brands and decided to bring their expertise where electric technology is no longer a promise, but a proven reality.
One of them is George Bähnke, who joined FIRSTGREEN Industries as Business Development Manager. With more than 30 years of experience across the United States and Latin America, including 13 years at Hertz Equipment and 18 years at Caterpillar, George brings deep understanding of both retail and rental segments and what truly works in real operations.
For our partners, this means a direct and experienced point of contact to discuss real projects, applications and business opportunities with electric machines.
Our growth is not only about market expansion. It is also about product direction and long term value.
Jiri Karmazin comes to FIRSTGREEN after more than two decades at Bobcat Company, where he worked in senior product and innovation roles closely connected to customer insight and real world machine usage. At FIRSTGREEN, he works closely with our teams on product evolution, innovation and roadmap decisions based on real customer feedback and practical use cases.
The third George in this story is Jiri Kakac. We introduced Jiří already in December, and this is a reminder of the important role he plays within our growing team. Coming from the automotive and industrial environment, including experience with major international brands such as Renault Trucks, he focuses on developing and supporting dealer networks across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Africa and partially Latin America.
