At First Green, we are strongly focused on understanding how our machines perform in real world conditions. This is why we regularly visit the sites where they are in active use. Last week, we spent several days in Switzerland across Zurich, Luzern and Basel to collect the latest hands on feedback directly from ongoing projects.
One of the key locations was an interior demolition of a multi floor building in Zurich carried out by Bascard. The company has been working with three MiniZ loaders for a long time and purchased their machines from our partner Brokk. On site we discussed their current experience and gathered feedback on how MiniZ performs in demanding interior demolition environments.
1. Endurance and power During demolition work, MiniZ maintains stable performance throughout the entire shift. Operators confirmed that the machine delivers consistent output even under heavier load such as moving debris or working in restricted spaces. For many tasks it provides a reliable and efficient solution without unexpected downtime.
2. Compact size and manoeuvrability Thanks to its compact construction, MiniZ can be used in areas where space is significantly limited. The machine fits into elevators and can travel through narrow interior passages, which simplifies movement inside the building. Despite its size it offers sufficient power for material handling and debris removal which supports a more continuous workflow.
3. Clean and simple operation The electric drive means no fumes, no smell and no need for ventilation. Daily operation is straightforward and operators find the machine more comfortable and less time consuming to use compared to diesel alternatives. In practice this speeds up individual tasks and keeps the interior workspace cleaner and safer.
The overall feedback was very positive. Our electric loaders significantly streamline the demolition process and simplify day to day operations. Visits like this are highly valuable for us. They confirm the real performance of our machines and bring new ideas for further technical improvements. Thanks to this we can respond quickly, adapt features to customer needs and maintain our leading position in the field of electric compact loaders.
